Founder Ed Poe had a vision and a passion. He wanted a place where adults of all artistic ability could come together and explore their shared interest in creating stoneware pottery.
Buffalo Clayart Center provides a relaxed atmosphere for the novice to the more advanced potter.
At Buffalo Clayart making pottery is as much about the process as it is about any final piece.
What We Do
Buffalo Clayart Center offers introductory adult pottery classes on an "as needed" basis. The small classes are exceptional in their "hands on" approach. The classes meet for 2 1/2 hours, once a week for 6 weeks.

Buffalo Clayart also offers Open Studio membership to adults that either have taken our class or have some previous pottery experience. Membership is on a six month basis. It is reasonably priced and offers members 24 hour, 7 days a week access.
