Private Parties and Events

If you are interested in hosting a birthday party, team-building event, or private workshop at Buffalo Clayart, we would love to help you out.

We can accommodate up to 8 people for a wheel throwing taster session, but if you were interested in a hand-building or decorating project that does not require the wheel we can accommodate more people.

Generally speaking, you should expect to budget between $75 and $120 per person for a 2.5-4 hour workshop in the studio, but the exact rate will come down to what kind of project you would like to do and how many people you would like to invite since some projects require more preparation/finishing on the part of the studio. We will work with you to come up with a project and program that fits your interests and your budget.

Our teaching studio is down the hall from the main members' studio. Please note that it is on the third floor - it is accessible by stairs or freight elevator (please let us know if you will need to use this!):
